Spider-Man actor Tom Holland and Zendaya have been in the spotlight recently, with fans questioning their acting plans after Spider-Man: No Path Home released in theaters. Of course, the couple also found themselves in the limelight earlier this year, when photos of them kissing circulated online. And during Holland’s recent GQ profile, the Spider-Man actor finally addressed these snaps of the two of them – not to confirm or deny a relationship, but to emphasize that he wants to keep his private life private.

Rumors of a meeting between Tom Holland and Zendaya have since circulated Spider-Man: Homecoming was released in 2017. However, Sixth page apparently confirmed that the two were more than friends when the outlet shared photos of them locking lips. Despite the footage that went viral, the actors remained silent about the whole affair. And Holland has repeatedly stressed his desire to keep his love life out of the media.
He reiterated this point in a recent interview, where he finally explained how he felt about the photos being circulated. While rooted fans for the pair may have been happy to see them, Holland certainly wasn’t. And after hearing his reasoning, it’s hard to blame him.

Holland recently made a profile with GQ, during which he spoke about his acting career and his recent experience with the paparazzi. The Spider-Man: No Path Home The star recalls feeling frustrated with the whole experience, especially since he works so hard to keep his personal life out of the media:
âOne of the downsides to our fame is that privacy is no longer really in our control, and a moment that you think is between two people who love each other very much is now a moment shared with the whole world. have always been very determined to keep my privacy private because I share so much of my life with the world anyway. We kind of felt deprived of our privacy. I don’t think it was. of not being ready, it’s just that we didn’t want to.
He has also expressed his concerns about invasive questions on upcoming media tours, particularly when Zendaya is not present to intervene.
âIt’s not a conversation I can have without her,â Holland explained. “You know, I respect her too much to tellâ¦ It’s not my story.” This is our story. And we’ll talk about what it is when we’re ready to talk about it together.

Sadly, Holland is likely to be faced with questions about his relationship in the run-up to Spider-Man: No Path Home. He’ll likely be dealing with the paparazzi beyond this movie as well. However, it is not known if this will be a permanent fixture for the actor. In the middle of the interview, he admitted that he doesn’t necessarily see himself playing out most of his life.
âI definitely don’t think I want to be an actor for the rest of my life,â he told GQ. âI have always been very good with my hands. If something is broken I can always find a way to fix it.
When Holland thinks he might pursue different opportunities, anyone can guess, but we’ll have a better idea if he’ll play Spider-Man again after the next movie.
